Greystar selected an initial supplier partner for the technology upgrade but encountered too many extra steps and overlooked issues. The process was delayed by months, eventually reaching the point that Greystar pulled out of the project. But it didn’t cancel the initiative.
About the Community
Elysian at the District is an 8-year-old luxury multifamily community featuring 360 apartment homes in Henderson, Nev., owned and managed by Greystar Real Estate Company. While the high-end property already boasted top-flight amenities and offered residents a modern technology package, it lagged behind its A+ sister properties in one key area – access control.
