Self-touring Model Wasn’t Supported by Tech
When Kelly Johnson first started at MC Residential Communities four years ago, its properties were already using an early form of self-touring for all prospect visits. When prospective residents arrived at the leasing office for a scheduled visit, they were handed a key to the apartment they inquired about and sent out into the property to locate the apartment and tour on their own.
