How Do I View My Device Activity?

Your Device Activity keeps you informed about the activity in your smart home. The Activity Feed allows you to view the activity of your smart devices (for example, when the door was locked/unlocked, when your thermostat was last adjusted, etc.). 

 

If the hub or device is offline, or if there is not a strong enough signal to maintain a stable connection, you will not be able to view any activity. Also, if the device or your hub has gone offline at any point in the past, you will not be able to view any activity for that period of time.

 

Viewing Device Activity:

To view your Device Activity, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your SmartRent Mobile App
  2. Tap Activity Feed
  3. View the Activity log across all of your devices; you can also filter your Activity by tapping the Funnel icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen

Viewing Device Specific Activity:

To view your Device specific Activity, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your SmartRent Mobile App
  2. Tap the Device you want to view the activity for
  3. Tap the in the upper right-hand corner
  4. Tap Activity

  5. View the Activity Log for your device
